So, a little about me. I'm Nicky, a fully qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist based in beautiful Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I have previously worked in both the public and private sectors as well as for Cancer Research and a local charity. I hold an Advanced CBT Diploma, am a Professional Sleep Consultant and also practice Reiki and Mindfulness.
I am fully DBS checked, insured and a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council. I studied the 'Gold' standard in hypnotherapy training and treat anxiety disorders, low mood and much more, from insomnia to depression, weight loss to stopping smoking and phobias. I am currently studying the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma, which is the highest level of hypnotherapy training in the UK. I attend regular continuous professional development courses and I incorporate mindfulness, NLP and CBT into my sessions.
I hold sessions at two clinics in Harrogate or over Zoom, it is entirely your choice.

Does it work for everyone? No therapy works for everyone! However, the majority of my clients have great success after just a few sessions, depending of course on the presenting issue. Stopping smoking usually takes just one session, phobias are four sessions (assuming no other issues) and anxiety/depression generally between 8-12 sessions. I want to help you to feel better in the shortest time possible.
I send all my clients a relaxation download to listen to at night and this helps to speed up the process. The more they listen, the quicker it works.
